Summer 2025 Press Intern
Senator Tammy Baldwin’s D.C. office is currently accepting applications for a Summer 2025 Press Intern.
This is a paid, in-person position and candidates should be able to make a commitment to work every weekday morning starting at 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM for a total of 20 hours a week. The intern’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to: media monitoring, clipping and captioning news coverage of the Senator, managing press lists, miscellaneous research, drafting press releases, and handling other press-related duties. Previous communications experience is preferred. Wisconsin ties are a bonus. Apply here by April 15, 2025.
Constituent Service Representative (Wisconsin)
Senator Baldwin is currently seeking a Constituent Service Representative to work directly with constituents to resolve problems that they encounter with federal agencies and programs. This full-time position will focus on programs administered by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and U.S. Department of State (DOS), and will be based in Senator Baldwin’s Milwaukee or Madison office.
Qualified candidates will possess strong oral and written communication skills (including fluency in the Spanish language, both written and spoken), excellent customer service, strong organization and efficiency, and ability to work well with others. Knowledge of programs administered by USCIS and DOS is desired, though not necessary.
