U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin Statement on the Passing of Former Governor Patrick Lucey

Washington D.C. – U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin made the following statement on the passing of former Governor Pat Lucey.

“Pat Lucey was a genuine Wisconsin progressive who was committed to working across party lines and advancing the Wisconsin Idea. A prime example of what Wisconsinites deserve from their elected officials, Governor Lucey dedicated his life to public service and had a deep respect for carrying on our proud Wisconsin tradition of working together to move our state forward. My thoughts and prayers are with the Lucey family as Wisconsin remembers a leader whose positive contributions to our state will continue to be felt for generations to come. ”
